Lá na bPancóg in Junior & Senior Infants

Ms. Corcoran's class had a very exciting day on Tuesday when they made pancakes to celebrate 'Lá na bPancóg'. The pupils read a recipe and worked together to follow all of the steps to create some really delicious pancakes. You'll see from the pictures below which pancake topping was the most popular! Of course, the most fun was had when the children each got a chance to flip some pancakes. Some may have landed on the floor! Shhh! 😊
