Gardening Update

We are delighted with our beautiful new garden area & especially now that the planting season is here! Junior & Senior Infants have planted cabbages and peas. First, Second and Third planted potatoes, onions and some strawberries before the Easter break. The senior classes are going to convert a section of the grass area into a wildflower bed with seeds provided by SuperValu. Hopefully this will attract lots of happy bees! Gardening is a fantastic pastime and it is great to learn all about growing your own vegetables.
